I think I may have an abcess tooth, the tooth is constantly throbbing and is very sensitive to any touch (hot or cold seem to make little difference, only pressure). at first i just felt a slight pressure, like having braces tightened (I dont have braces, I've had them in the past though), but now its intense pain that is unaffected by topical pain reliever like orajel, or any type of over the counter tylenol/ibeuprofin/advil. please help, I just moved to albuquerque, I have no insurance, and I dont know of any dentists in the area.
